Asana and Pranayama

"Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees."

                                       - B.K.S.Iyengar

According to classical Hatha Yoga texts, regular practice of Asana together with Pranayama teaches us how to control and purify the body and mind in order to remove any obstacles to meditation.

Aligned with this spirit of Yoga tradition, learn the practice of classical Hatha Yoga as put together by Swami Vishnudevananda,a disciple of Swami Sivananda. He observed the lifestyle of modern men and women and compiled the ancient wisdom of Yoga into 5 basic principles.

In this course you will learn these principles along with the practice and techniques of asanas and pranayamas. Suitable for people of all age and gender. No prior experience of Yoga required.

A great place to start your yoga journey!
