Mantras and Chanting

Mantra Yoga is mainly concerned with the study and application of the energy structures held in a sound. Vedanta philosophy outlines different techniques of calming and re energizing the mind. Of these 'Japa'(repetition of a mantra) meditation is considered to be of supreme value. It is considered one of the safest and surest method of channeling one's consciousness from the lowest to the highest level of pure thought.

In this course of 4 sessions, you will learn about sound as pure energy, purify your energy field through chanting and explore ways to discover your personal mantra.
