Ayurveda is one of the oldest, most visionary and one of the most developed science of herbal medicine in the world. It is an ancient wisdom yet modern, just like Yoga with whom it shares a spiritual background. This not only makes it complementary but also supporting in the uniqueness of its approach to an individual's health.

 

Keeping the Individual constitution at the heart of this system, it is designed to develop a combination of diet, exercise and herbs to balance a person's unique constitution and its imbalances.

You will find out your personal constitution according to Ayurveda and learn how to keep it balanced with food and herbs. If you want to go a step further, you can learn some Ayurvedic preparations of foods like Ghee, Khichchdi etc.too.
