Most people relate to the practice of Asanas and Pranayama as the main or whole experience of Yoga. Though this may be considered valid to an extent, it does not encompass the entire breadth and depth of Yoga.
Almost all practices related to Yoga are geared for the same purpose, to enhance well-being and longevity in order to improve one’s experience of life. In today’s times this is very relevant and much needed in order to protect ourselves from the countless stresses that sap our energy and limit our potential to perform in everyday life situations.
With the help of guided yogic practices and personal unbiased interactions, you can lead yourself to better social interactions, reduced stress, and deal with anger or fear in a balanced manner, to name a few. For those willing to delve deeper, this process may also lead towards a positive transformation to explore and discover your best inner potential.
Seen in this light, Yoga provides a unique opportunity which has the power to evolve the “whole” person.
This beautiful journey of change and transformation is offered as independent sessions lasting 45 mins. each. The first session will however be 60-90 mins. long consultation where we will talk in depth and get to know each other in order to build a relationship based on mutual trust and openness. We will start from where you are and you are welcome to go as far as you like. No prior knowledge of Yoga is required
