Yoga Therapy

“Belief determines conduct. Thought determines character.”

                     - Swami Sivananda

In ancient times, Yoga was considered to be a personal practice and was taught one-to-one according to a person's personality, needs, imbalances etc. This approach to Yoga is of extreme importance in today's world where most of us suffer from imbalances on many levels.

Yoga therapy is a modern interpretation of classical 'Yoga chikitsa' where an individual yoga practice is combined with the knowledge of individual 'dosha' in Ayurveda and meditation to suit a person's individual need. This approach is suitable for all those concerned with restoring health as well as deepening one's personal Yoga practice. It is also a effective tool to approach psychosomatic ailments through Yoga.
